THE BUZZNERD SLA

Our Service Level Agreement is simple: All requests that come in during the week will be responded to within 24 hours. Anything that comes in over the weekend will be responded to within 48 hours. We’ve never dropped the ball on our Buzznerd SLA and don’t intend to.
